Where Hub tells you what you did, Lab tells you what's changing. Fourteen cards spanning physiology, performance, and pattern, built from real HealthKit data:

  • Cardio Efficiency with average HR, max HR, VO2 Max and resting HR

  • Power & terrain with total power output, calories and elevation gain.

  • Environmental influence like average time of day, temperature you run in the most or monthly distances.

  • Running Form based on cadence, ground contact time, stride length.

  • Trends using cardiac efficiency, pace-at-effort and split consistency - all adjusted to show what actually matters


Private by design with your full control

When building Runmo we focused on complete privacy. Your GPS tracks, raw heart rate, sleep, and run identifiers never leave your device. Not to us, not to the AI. Coach only sees aggregated numbers and short labels through a stateless proxy, it never gets your name, your coordinates, or your run IDs.
